Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns in accordance with UK consumer law. You may return an item if:

It is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
It is eligible under our voluntary return policy (see below).
It has not been excluded from returns (see “Non-Returnable Items” below).
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

2. Voluntary Return Policy

If you change your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. How to Return an Item

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@pawn-index.com with your order details and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
Pack the item securely and return it via a tracked postal service.
Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–10 business days.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will also refund your return shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns unless faulty:

Personalised or custom-made items.
Items sold as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
Items that have been used, altered, or are missing parts.
